Cox flexion-distraction Technic was developed by Dr. James Cox and it is a non-surgical, gentle, well-researched, and hand-on chiropractic adjustment technique. To perform the Cox Technic, an active certified chiropractor needs a special chiropractic table, the Cox Table, that permits the effective administration of flexion-distraction and spinal decompression adjustment and manipulation.
